- Fairness: I don't like taking undue advantage of others. I prefer fair treatment and a just reward for everything done for me, or I do for others.
- Truthfulness: I believe in the maxim of "say what is true even if it's bitter" as opposed to being politically correct.
- Neighbourliness: I believe in friendship and love for neighbour; providing necessary support whenever needed, but not going overboard as to cripple one's ingenuity.
- Peace: I believe in peace of mind. I avoid quarrels and unwarranted fights.
- Resilience: I believe that all problems can be solved, and that troubles come not to trouble us but to train us to be better and wiser.

Whether I'm guiding a team-building retreat, delivering a keynote, or helping leaders map out their next move, I am known for my clarity, authenticity, and impact.
